At CollaboraOne, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscription services.
We offer a 3-day free trial on all plans. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 3-day trial period, you will not be charged.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.
Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Refunds for annual subscriptions are only considered if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. A prorated amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of CollaboraOne and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Any accidental duplicate charges or billing errors caused by CollaboraOne will be fully refunded upon notification.
Refunds will not be granted for lack of usage, changes of mind, or failure to understand the platform's capabilities prior to purchase (which is why we offer a free trial).
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@collaboraone.com with your account details, billing information, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
CollaboraOne reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended policy.
