Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I manage integrations?

Company users can manage connected apps from the company dashboard under Integrations. Available integrations include Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, and GitHub.

What can clients access?

Clients use a separate client dashboard. They can access shared documents, invited meetings, approvals, and chat areas intended for their project scope.

How are documents shared?

Documents are stored with a workspace company ID and explicit shared-with lists for clients and employees. Client project document views filter to documents shared with that client.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Company owners can manage billing from account settings. Canceled access continues through the current billing period, as described in the refund policy.

Who should I contact for help?

Use the contact page for product questions, support requests, billing questions, or requests related to privacy and data deletion.
