By creating an account or using CollaboraOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Company owners are responsible for managing their workspace, members, and clients.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace invite links should only be shared with intended recipients. You are responsible for who joins your workspace through shared invite links.

CollaboraOne is intended for business project management, task tracking, team collaboration, file sharing, and communication.

You may not use the platform to upload illegal content, distribute malware, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws.

The AI assistant is provided as-is. AI-generated outputs (projects, tasks, meeting schedules) should be reviewed by users before acting on them.

A paid subscription is required to use the platform. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs.

Each subscription plan (Starter, Professional, Business) has specific limits on projects, members, clients, storage, AI requests, and meetings.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all content (projects, documents, messages) you create on CollaboraOne. We do not claim any rights to your content.

CollaboraOne, its design, features, and code are the intellectual property of CollaboraOne. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

Your use of CollaboraOne is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

CollaboraOne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data before deletion.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
